As our customer base expands, we’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Role

This is a hybrid role combining marketing, sales support, appointment setting, and front-of-house customer service. You’ll be the face of Goldstar RV, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up while supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Administration

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and incoming calls with a warm and professional demeanour.

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Prepare accurate sales agreements and coordinate post-sale communication with the admin team.

Follow up internally on closed sales and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Marketing & Lead Management

Manage and monitor Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns.

Organise, review, and clean incoming lead data for accuracy.

Use strong judgment to identify and escalate high-priority leads to the sales team.

Assist with updating social media pages and engaging with online inquiries to enhance brand presence.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proficiency in Facebook & Google digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

2. Sales-driven mindset – experience in caravan, automotive, or high-ticket retail/lifestyle industries is ideal but not essential.

3. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.

4. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

5. Strong attention to detail, particularly in data handling and lead qualification.
