Gold Coast MG & Southport GWM – home of Australia’s #1 GWM dealership and Queensland’s top MG dealer – are seeking a highly organised, fast-moving Sales Operations Executive to keep our sales engine running at peak performance.

This isn’t a customer-facing sales role. This is behind-the-scenes precision work that fuels the team’s success – from managing stock and deal flow to onboarding new talent and liaising with manufacturers. You’ll be the go-to support for our General Sales Manager and a critical part of the operational heartbeat of the dealership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing Dealer Logs & Deal Processing: Keep our internal systems accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.

Stock Control: Oversee stock levels, demo vehicles, and stock turn to keep inventory moving and aligned with targets.

Operational Support: Help the General Sales Manager with day-to-day coordination and task execution.

Staff Onboarding: Set new starters up for success through structured induction and support.

Manufacturer Communication: Liaise with OEMs to ensure compliance, resolve issues, and streamline reporting.
