We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive Assistant to support one of our most experienced Senior Sales Consultants. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the team by managing sales administration tasks and providing top-tier client service.
KEY DUTIES
Door knocking and cold calling to generate new leads
Able to converse in Chinese language
Sales database management
Preparing for open home inspections and auctions
Property & vendor reports/feedbacks
Maintaining relationships with prospective clients
Full-time position with a Saturday requirement to support Open Homes (hours may vary based on listings).
Assisting with sales campaigns and day-to-day operations
Preparing sales appraisals, listing presentations, and client proposals
Conducting market research and compiling data reports
Coordinating with vendors, buyers, and external suppliers
Organizing and assisting with Open Homes and Auctions
Managing sales files and ensuring compliance with regulations
Providing pre- and post-sales client support
Maintaining and updating the database

$60k-80k plus super with experience required plus commission and bonus
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You must:
Must permanent work rights with no restrictions
Have an Agents Representative Certificate
Possess a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
Speak fluent in English. Mandarin-speaking is also an advantage
Work full-time
Passionate about real estate
Be well presented
Possess strong communication skills
Be able to establish rapport with people
Have a deep desire to improve
Have an exceptional work ethic
