Both roles are below:
***SALES ASSISTANT***
BASE SALARY OF $65,000* + COMMISSIONS | WORKING DIRECTLY UNDER A HIGH PERFORMANING AGENT | ONGOING TRAINING PROVIDED( Must have Agents Rep & Drivers Licence )
Daily duties will consist of:

• Selling Houses!
• Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
• Prospecting (letterbox drops, cold calling, door knocking)
• Vendor reports
• Communicating and providing instructions to VA’s, reception and customer care team
• Draft, review, prepare, drop off (if required) &/or send out any pre-listing kits, market reports and proposal documentation
• Attending and responding to all email, face-to-face, phone enquiries
• Saturday inspection buyer follow up calls and check-ins
• Buyer management
• All open for inspections & private viewings
• Organising photographer appointments/schedule
• Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlement
• Attend property photoshoots
• Understanding real estate legislation
• Assist in the signing of REIV documentation
• Responsible for key handling
• Attend all required property auctions
• Handle diverted phone if necessary

Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred, but not essential.

***SALES AGENT***
BASE OR RETAINER OF $70,000* + LUCTRATIVE COMMISIONS (Depending on previous/current 12 month GCI)

• Sales/Admin Assistant funding
• Marketing budget allocated
• 3 - 6 month base wage
• 100% commission for first deals
• More options available upon discussion.

Experience with a proven sales history is essential.
