Allcar Towing Group is a proudly family-owned business with depots in Dandenong, Keysborough, Oakleigh, Somerville, Rosebud, Officer, Cowes and Wonthaggi. We provide accident, trade, and insurance towing services across Melbourne. With a strong reputation for reliability and professionalism, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Junior Receptionist to join us!

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Answering and making calls
✔ Managing and responding to emails
✔ Data entry and maintaining records
✔ Taking job bookings and coordinating schedules
✔ Collecting, sorting, and processing correspondence
✔ Handling customer payments
✔ Liaising with insurance companies
✔ General filing and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive and eager-to-learn attitude
Basic to intermediate computer skills (Excel knowledge is a bonus)
