An exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join a leading provider of industrial products & solutions.

About the Role
You’ll be part of team processing sales orders, supporting field sales teams, and managing customer enquiries across spare parts, consumables, and service contracts for a diverse client-base.
This role will see you liaise with customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, contracts, and acknowledgements via SAP
• Coordinate deliveries and track shipments, resolving any delays
• Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and claims
• Support field sales with quoting and order conversions
• Renew service agreements and upsell consumables
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere to QA procedures

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within an industrial B2B environment
• Proficiency with SAP / Salesforce.com / Excel is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in FMCG or packaging sectors advantageous

Salary: $75,000 + Superannuation
