Join a national building-products supplier and become the engine room behind a high-performing sales unit. This is an office-based role supporting an external team of four account managers while working alongside four fellow co-ordinators and a Customer Service Manager. You’ll own quotes, orders and project follow-ups—keeping builders, specifiers and trades on track from enquiry to delivery.

What you’ll do

Prepare quotes and plan take-offs, log and track in CRM/ERP

Process orders, create job folders and liaise with production and logistics

Handle incoming calls and emails, resolve issues and record feedback

Chase open quotes (< $20 k) and convert them into orders

Arrange samples, literature and data sheets for builders and architects

Generate new project leads via BCI and distribute to the field team

Maintain accurate customer data and project notes

Support installers, distributors and state sales managers with up-to-date info

What you’ll bring

Customer-service or sales-admin experience in building products, construction or trade supply

Confident with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SYSPRO or similar) and Excel

Eye for detail—comfortable checking plans and bills of quantities

Calm under pressure; able to juggle fast-moving project deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills
