About the Opportunity
HungryPanda Queensland has a full-time opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist, to join our team based in Brisbane. This role is designed to improve and develop partnerships with clients, mostly restaurants. We are a passionate team with lots of potential and opportunities.

In this role, you will drive the adoption and implementation of HungryPanda with restaurants in Brisbane. You will collaborate with existing commercial teams at HungryPanda as the on-demand delivery expert. Your day will be spent communicating the new campaigns with restaurants and developing new business partners, working to enhance the customer experience of restaurants, and generating revenue for both HungryPanda and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with existing Business Development, and Marketing team on our restaurant accounts.

Effectively communicate HungryPanda's new marketing campaigns, lead the detailed product pitching, and negotiate commercials.

Project manage a restaurants implementation of an on-demand delivery program - coordinating across Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure an excellent shared customer experience for the merchants you work with.

Work closely with restaurants/commercial partners throughout the launch/scale-up phase, ensuring operational goals and shared KPIs are met.

Be proactive, creative, and entrepreneurial in looking for new growth opportunities for the restaurants you work with.

Conduct online and offline marketing strategies and promotional activities.

What you will bring to the table

Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills

Ability to build long-term relationships by understanding client needs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

Fluent in English and Mandarin (a third language is a plus)

Valid Australian driver’s license and access to your own vehicle

Education experience in Queensland is preferred — graduates from Queensland institutions are especially encouraged to apply

Must hold a valid visa with work rights in Australia
