About the role

Soaring Health, a leading healthcare and NDIS provider is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Officer who’s creative, organised, and ready to help us find the best Allied Health professionals out there. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to support all things recruitment and HR administration– from finding great people to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role requires a minimum of 3-4 days per week.

What you'll be doing

Work with our leaders to understand what kind of talent we need – and where to find it.

Come up with smart and creative ways to attract Allied Health staff like physios, OTs, and speech pathologists – both in Australia and overseas.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, issuing contracts, updating systems, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.

General HR administration and coordination

Stay on top of recruitment trends so we’re always improving how we do things.

Building and maintaining talent pipelines

Administer the Talent Referral Incentive plan on a regular basis

Support culture and workplace activities, such as internal communications, staff engagement surveys, workshops and cultural initiatives, employee recognition and wellbeing.

What we're looking for

Experience in allied health recruitment, preferably within healthcare, disability, aged care or similar

Some experience with international recruitment, business sponsorship, or visa processes desired

LinkedIn recruiter knowledge an advantage

A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and building great relationships.

Naturally confident when it comes to networking – whether it’s through industry events, community connections, or social media platforms.

Good understanding of recruitment and HR systems, with a focus on maintaining accurate data and ensuring compliance with employment policies and relevant legislation.

Qualification in Human Resources, or a related discipline
