Our client is a leading company within the logistics industry, who are on the lookout for an Talent Acquisition Advisor to be a part of a growing internal team. As a Internal Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll lead blue-collar recruitment across transport, warehousing, and logistics roles nationwide. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll use your industry knowledge to attract skilled workers and support workforce growth.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a internal or external recruitment position
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume in blue collar environment
• A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and contributing to a high-performing team.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

• End to end recruitment experience - Getting job briefs, posting Ads, head hunting, coordinating interviews and organising offer letters
• Excellent communication skills - Must be able to work with senior stakeholders within the business
• Team work - you will be a part of a small team who work closely together
