About the company:
Our client, a leading FMCG company based in Docklands, Melbourne, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team immediately. As a Temporary Administrator, you will be supporting the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, managing documentation, and maintaining filing systems. If you have previous experience in HR or recruitment and enjoy staying organized, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Manage and maintain candidate documentation and filing systems
- Assist the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks
- Provide support with general HR office duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an HR admin or recruitment role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software
