The Organisation:
They are an established community services provider who work with community groups including Employment Services, disability, Youth and Training.

The Role
Newly established to assist the HR and Talent teams, this person will be hands-on across a range of duties which may well include assisting with talent sourcing and onboarding, parts of the employee lifecycle and also assisting with HR systems and how they are being utilised and relevant reporting. Salary circa mid $80's plus super.

HR credentialed and with a few years experience, you are keen to take your next step with a business of purpose and with a collaborative team who seek to develop others.
You are a people person with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, you have had exposure to HRIS before and have a tech mindset which you want to explore further. Organised and able to meet deadlines with quality outcomes, you are passionate about building your career and bring a curious mindset, you are a problem solver and always thinking ahead.
