About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman / Carpenter to join our team for bespoke residential renovation projects across Brisbane. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of site operations, start to finish.

Our initial (ready to start) projects are two high end “Builder /Developer” projects in Hamilton and Henda.

This role would both suit those who have already obtained their QBCC Site Supervisor licence or those who want to upskill their qualifications and licencing (we will support you in achieving these goals).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise site works

Hands-on works including carpentry, demolition, setout, foundations, formwork, internal linings, and finishes (Minimum 75% of time)

Coordinate trades, suppliers, deliveries, and site logistics

Maintain safety standards and quality compliance

Provide two-week lookahead programs and manage site documentation

Use project management software (e.g., Procore) to track progress and maintain records

Mentor & Train apprentices

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III in Carpentry / Formwork / Joinery

Certificate IV in Residential Building (or willing to enrol in further training with our support)

Site Supervisor licence (or willing to apply for it with our support)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and motivate teams

Basic computer literacy skills

Own transport and personal tools of the trade
