About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the daily delivery of high-end residential builds — often complex, detailed and client-facing. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable project team and a company that values planning, accountability, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all site activities to meet program, safety, and quality goals

Manage subcontractors, deliveries, and logistics

Site set-out, material take-offs, and scheduling

Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants

Review drawings, details, and variations 📐

Procure site materials and uphold site presentation

Maintain strong WHS standards and an organised site

What You’ll Bring:
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles
-Proven history of delivering high-end custom homes
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-High level of detail and finish quality
-Own comprehensive tool set
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook (Procore/MS Project a bonus)
-Current Australian Driver’s Licence
-Self-motivated, reliable, and well-organised
