The Role

This is an ideal entry-level role for a recent construction management graduate. You’ll work closely with the Director, supporting projects from pre-construction through to handover, and gain experience spanning project management, sales, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up new jobs in the project management system

- Prepare and manage purchase orders

- Create and update job programs/schedules

- Assist with compiling and submitting occupation certificate documentation

- Support sales and pre-construction processes, including client liaison and documentation

- Collaborate with site teams to ensure project milestones are met

- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting

- Gain hands-on experience with our in-house joinery company

About You

- Recent graduate or final year student in Construction Management

- White Card required; First Aid certificate preferred

- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organised

- Team player with a can-do attitude who genuinely cares about supporting others

- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the business long-term

- Comfortable with technology (Excel, Smartsheets, Asana, or similar tools)

- Newcastle-based (no regular travel outside Newcastle required)
