Bramwell Homes are seeking a qualified Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience to report to the Operations Manager in our Thornleigh office. This is an integral role in our construction team assisting with the pre-construction, completion and warranty phases of projects throughout the greater New South Wales and Queensland.

Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a volume or custom builder

Residential Project Management/Construction Background a must

About the Role

We are looking for a person to fill our Project Management position. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible to manage day to day tasks and staff for a variety of projects.

Competencies and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years-experience in Residential Construction and/or Residential Project Management field (residential construction only)

Working in a similar role with a volume or custom builder preferred.

Excellent organisational, communication, reporting & problem-solving skills

Professional, self-driven approach to work;

Great at prioritising and time-management;

The capability to organise & prioritise tasks daily;

Ability to provide leadership and to contribute to a positive work culture

Construction Management or Project Management Degree (an advantage)

Ability to find solutions to deliver results;

You must have perfect verbal, communicative and written language skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the construction phases of the construction process.

Develop and maintain project schedules using our project management software, BuilderTrend.

Distributing project design & information to contractors

Supporting Site Supervisors with appropriate construction phase information.

Overseeing compliance of our Safety Management Plans, project scopes and plans;

Develop and maintain project budgets with the support of accounts/estimator

Oversee projects from commencement to handover

Manage project scope of works and capture variations

Develop and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships

Manage resource requirements for projects with the help of site supervisors

Ensure quality and safety standards remain high to minimise harm/injury

Review quotes/tenders

Liaise with client ensuring successful delivery of project

Help overcome issues which may rise and be actively involved in the problem solving of day to day operation.
