What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, variations, and progress claims
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Assisting with procurement, letting trade packages, and contract negotiations
• Managing RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation
• Working closely with the Project Manager to track budgets and costs

Your background:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction contracts
• Experience working on apartment or luxury home projects
• A sharp eye for detail, numbers, and risk management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A team player who’s down-to-earth and gets the job done
