Your new role

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects ranging from $20M to $100M. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you'll be responsible for overseeing all contractual and financial aspects of the project lifecycle-from procurement and subcontractor management to cost reporting and claims. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role on high-profile education and healthcare builds.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction sector
• Demonstrated longevity with previous employers and a stable career history
• Proven experience delivering education and healthcare projects
• Background working with other Tier 1 or 2 commercial builders
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
