Senior Contract Administrator – Major Apartments Project - High-rise Residential

We’re representing a respected builder with a strong track record in delivering multi-storey apartment projects across Sydney. With a 100+ unit residential development. They’re looking to bring on a Senior Contract Administrator to take control of the commercial side and keep things running smoothly through delivery.

Your Role Will Include:

Overseeing all head contract and subcontractor administration

Leading financial reporting, forecasting, and cost tracking

Working closely with the PM and Site Team to support delivery

Handling claims, variations, extensions of time, and progress payments

Building strong relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years’ experience as a CA or Snr CA on multi-storey residential or mixed-use projects

Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes

Confidence managing major packages and cost reporting

Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Ideally experienced with Jobpac (not essential)
