A national, established and respected top tier commercial plumbing contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator or hands-on Commercial Manager to lead the contract advisory function within their high-performing business.

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with project teams and senior leadership, offering expert guidance across contract interpretation, compliance, negotiation and dispute resolution. This role is central to ensuring project success by proactively mitigating risk and aligning contractual strategy with delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely contractual advice to internal teams
• Review and negotiate contracts with a commercial lens
• Identify and manage contractual risk and compliance
• Lead communication across stakeholders including subcontractors and consultants
• Train project staff on contract administration best practices
• Support resolution of disputes and ensure legal obligations are met

You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a senior contract administrator or commercial management role in the built form construction industry of minimum 7 years.
• Strong understanding of construction law and contract principles.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong risk awareness.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and advise on commercial outcomes.
• A practical mindset and collaborative approach.
