In this rewarding role, you'll be at the forefront of providing practical and commercially astute advice to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of Australian employment law.

We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in a similar role, including HR Business Partners or workplace relations advisors, who have the ability to guide clients through complex workplace relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.

You will be passionate about continuous improvement, delivering results, and being the best practitioner you can be, while living the Peninsula values of excellence and accountability.
