THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a purpose driven, non-profit organisation with over 700 people based globally. They have a well-resourced HR Team focused on optimising the overall people capability and delivering the local HR strategy.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of HR for Australia this is a broad and impactful role, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys working across change, ER, and leadership coaching.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Driving performance and respect in the workplace initiatives
• Supporting and leading through change and ambiguity
• Establishing processes where needed and embedding best practice
• Coaching and influencing senior leaders with a strategic lens
• Supporting with recruitment processes

Please note this is a 12 month contract role.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will be a proactive and consultative HR professional who is comfortable working in environments where change is constant, and processes are still evolving. The ideal candidate will bring strong influencing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to support and coach leaders through ambiguity. This role would also suit a strong Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up into a business partnering role.
