About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (or Advisor looking to take the step up) to join a high-performing team within one of the world’s most recognisable brands within consumer goods.
Partnering with an inspiring HR Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver tactical HR support and contribute to the development and execution of the companies global People Plan. Supporting around 100 FTE across 4 corporate services functions this is a national role with exposure to both local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with People Managers to drive high performance, engagement, and effective change management.
- Coach managers across HR pillars: Select, Manage, Develop, Reward, and Grow.
- Lead and implement global and local HR initiatives, processes, and tools.
- Facilitate training programs and source development solutions aligned with organisational needs.
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation and employee relations.
- Support compensation and benefits reviews and ensure compliance with global guidelines.
- Drive talent management strategies including onboarding, retention, and development.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for empowering leaders. You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, ideally at a national level.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and working with external training providers.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
