Working closely with and alongside the Regional Manager, you'll be accountable for all operational and HR aspects of the business. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for the customers, team members and community. Essential Skills:

• A proven management background working in a fast-paced FMCG or QSR setting...
• Highly capable managing P&L reports, wage budgets, volume inventory management and VM...
• Confident managing a team of 20+ staff...
• Great attention to detail to ensure an unforgettable customer experience...
• Ability to delegate and manage time effectively across a 24 hour trading business
• Hands on approach to leadership and be willing to get your hands dirty!
