🔧 Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for painting and tiling scopes.

Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and site drawings.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for accurate pricing.

Prepare and submit competitive quotes and tenders.

Assist with value engineering and cost-saving solutions.

✅ Requirements:

3+ years of estimating experience in painting and/or tiling (essential).

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with estimating software.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Clear written and verbal communication.
