Bar Supervisor / Cocktail Specialist – FunHaus Factory, Gosford

FunHaus Factory is on the hunt for a confident, experienced, cocktail-slinging Bar Supervisor to join our award-winning team across our buzzing Arts Bar and epic Festival Pop-ups.

This isn’t just a bar gig – it’s a chance to be part of something bold, welcoming, and wildly community-driven. We’re about good drinks, better vibes, and creating the kind of Arts and Culture that's going to give Gosford the new life it deserves once and for all!

The Role:

Starting with 23–28 hours per week (and set to grow!), you’ll lead service, craft gorgeous drinks, keep our stock and fridges in check, and make artists and punters alike feel right at home. You’ll also help shape operations as we move into our NEW venue on Mann St!

Think cocktails, customer care, and community magic.

Day-to-day includes:

Cocktail creation & drinks service

Hospitality for performers and guests

General bar & venue operations

Inventory and fridge management

Opening / closing

Admin (if you’re good with tools like Square, Deputy, Xero, Excel, Canva – fab, but not essential)

About You:

You’ve got 3+ years bar experience and love building a great drinks list as much as you love chatting to regulars.

You’re consistent, responsible, reliable.

You keep your cool in a fast-paced venue.

You care deeply about creating welcoming, inclusive spaces.

You’re either chasing a career in hospo or balancing shifts with your creative life – either way, you bring passion and energy that matches the rest of the team.
