About the role

We are seeking a talented Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Emma's snack bars new upstairs bar Mixed Business Enmore in the vibrant suburb of Enmore, NSW. As a casual role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding customer service in a casual environment. The shifts required are Friday and Saturday evenings at the moment for immediate start.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic and creative cocktails to our customers

Maintain a well-stocked bar and ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order

Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons

Stay up-to-date with the latest cocktail trends and techniques to expand our menu offerings

Assist with inventory management and stock ordering as needed

Contribute to a positive team dynamic and help maintain a safe and compliant working environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Exceptional knowledge of cocktail recipes, ingredients, and bar equipment

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

A passion for the bar and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
