We've just launched a small bar in Freshwater, with a focus on community, local vibes and obviously tasty beers and delicious small plates.

We're a community focussed brewery and having some roots in Freshwater is super exciting. There's no fresher beer in Freshie!

We're looking for an all rounder to join in with our team and grow with the business as we continue to provide a fun and inclusive space for both staff and customers.

The ideal candidate would feel confident talking to patrons, hopping behind the bar to mix cocktails and have food prep experience. Cutting meats and cheeses and the occasional lobster roll.

Qualifications & experience

Valid RSA

Working rights in Australia

Hospitality experience, food handling ideal but not essential

Drive and ability to work as part of a team

Initiative to complete tasks that have been set

Tasks & responsibilities

Working with team members in general running of the venue, including, taking orders and serving customers, preparing small plates menu, mixing cocktails, pouring beers, running food and drink, using POS systems, cleaning and clearing tables for customers, helping customers with questions and queries, etc

Providing customers with a great service experience by helping them in a friendly and professional way

Communicate with other staff members about what is happening in the venue.

Keep the bar clean and stocked, with the venue set up and nicely presented

Working with staff and customers to remain in line with RSA guidelines
