- Provide strong support and be passionate about customer service

- Exposure to high end or fast pace environments

- Professional, upbeat and friendly personality

- Experience making cocktails

- High level of attention to detail

- High level of presentation and grooming standards

- Fantastic people skills and professional nature

- Have a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic

- Hold a current RSA

- Must be available to work Friday's and Saturday's (restaurant closed Sunday and Monday)

- Well presented

- Fluent English
