The Role:
Our ideal Bar Supervisor is someone who has a passion for their craft and can effectively cascade their knowledge and experience on to the wider bar team. They will work closely with the Management Team to maximise profitability with minimal cost, whilst achieving a high standard of service and satisfying our guests to the highest of levels.
Responsibilities Include:
Actively supervising the bar operations, which is line with brand philosophy
Providing regular training and coaching to new and existing team members
Achieving high standard of service, elevating guest satisfaction and using metrics to measure success
Adhering to and enforcing company procedures and policies
Fostering a supportive and safe environment for all colleagues
Conducting regulated stocktake and inventory checks to ensure product is on par and meets business demands
Adopting processes and strategies to maximise profitability
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
Previous experience in a similar role and/or environment
Demonstrated experience with leading and coaching a team
Strong knowledge on classic and signature cocktails
An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment
Ability to provide professional customer service
Excellent presentation and grooming
Strong communication skills
Current RSA
Full working rights in Australia and be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
