Now seeking an Account Manager to support channel growth and strategic execution across key retail customers in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing key accounts, delivering sales growth, meeting sales targets and executing promotional strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, high-energy business with a leading brand and a strong growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales in key retail channels, hitting volume and distribution targets
- Support customer business planning and review meetings with bottlers and retailers
- Drive promotional planning, execution, and post-activity evaluation
- Track performance against KPIs, including sales, share, and return on investment
- Lead commercial negotiations with customers and support pricing strategy
- Expand product presence on shelves and grow brand visibility across all accounts
- Collaborate with bottler partners and internal teams to align on execution
- Roll out in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and display activations
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years' experience in Sales, preferably in CPG, FMCG and related industries
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Comfortable analysing data and using it to inform decisions
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
- Team player with a can-do attitude and strong relationship-building skills
