ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued rapid growth, and our desire to maintain the service excellence that we are renowned for with our loyal customer base, we are on the hunt for an Experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team!
This is a full-time role operating out of our brand new, modern office in Oran Park, NSW.
In this role your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
End-to-end high volume weekly pay runs
Weekly client invoicing
Full function payroll –superannuation & ACIRT monthly payments
Multiple Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
Ensure company compliance with legal obligations related to payroll, relevant Enterprise Agreements, industry awards and statutory obligations.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an Experienced Payroll Administrator who will bring a ‘service excellence’ mindset and a collaborative spirit to their work. Your CV will be able to demonstrate that you can meet the following criteria.
Previous experience in Labour Hire payroll administration (Highly desired)
Previous experience using Fasttrack 360 payroll system (Highly desired)
Previous experience with high volume weekly payroll
Experience & strong understanding with time and attendance systems
Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven experience meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads
Thorough knowledge of legislative obligations
You will have a high attention to detail, along with the ability to work in a process driven environment
You will be a team player and possess a high level of customer service skills
