We seek applications from experienced Payroll Clerk/Account Payable Clerk to join our Chambers Cellars team at Head Office North Parramatta full time.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:

Strong knowledge and management of end-to-end payroll (PAYG and payroll tax), Visipay payroll package

Strong knowledge and management of superannuation, workers compensation, long service leave calculations, PPL

Prior experience with accounts payable

Good communication skills

Time management, able to meet deadlines in high volume environment.

Experience in SAGE accounting system or similar and MS Office.

Reconciling Payments with the Inventory system and liaising with Stores and Suppliers.

Preparations of payments to the suppliers by EFT before the due date.

Assist to Admin and Marketing staff for any ad-hoc, data analysis and reporting work.

Importance of accuracy and attention to details.

Demonstrated experience working in Office and support office staff.

Excellent organisational skills.

Unrestricted working rights within Australia.
