Ideal Candidate Profile: You are naturally friendly, high-energy, super organised, and love making things happen. You have a knack for people and events, and you are equally comfortable briefing a designer, managing a printer, or coordinating a national promotion—all while maintaining a positive atmosphere and keeping the team motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing projects across Trio’s brands and product categories.

Support trade shows, retail activations, seasonal promotions, and special events from concept to execution.

Assist in bringing visuals to life, including flyers, social posts, signage, and packaging.

Manage suppliers, particularly print and production partners.

Maintain marketing resource hubs, catalogues, and documentation.

Collaborate closely with the design team to brief and oversee creative projects.

Capture photos and short videos at key events and store activations.

Support team administrative tasks with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years in a marketing, coordination, or creative role.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential.

Confident communicator across phone, email, and in person, with suppliers, internal teams, and store staff.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in coordinating events and promotions.

Skills in photography and social media content creation.

Collaborative mindset and genuine love for working with people.
