Marketing Studio Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: FEENEY Studio, Wright Street, Adelaide
Days: Initially 3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Overview
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Studio Assistant to help keep our studio running smoothly. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day operations through administrative coordination, project tracking, and team communication. You'll work closely with our creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client projects, reports, and marketing materials. The position is integral to ensuring the timely delivery of projects, marketing material, precise reporting, and streamlined communication between the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to maintain efficient studio operations
Schedule meetings, manage studio calendars, and book meeting rooms
Update project workflows and ensure job numbers align with internal systems
Prepare briefs, liaise with the studio team and external suppliers
Maintain accurate filing systems and job tracking documentation
Assist with compiling marketing reports, advertising schedules, and project timelines
Manage content folders and oversee client approvals and dispatch processes
Conduct website and social media audits as directed
Support the strategy team by collating data, analysing trends, and conducting market research
Maintain and update key databases, templates, and spreadsheets
Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables

Skills and Experience

Strong time management and organisational skills
Basic working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva
Legal right to work in Australia
Driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)

Key Selection Criteria
Applicants must address each of the following in their application:
A good understanding of marketing principles
Experience editing with a focus on accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Confidence in developing content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
Understanding of social media platforms, including META, LinkedIn, and TikTok
