your role
As the Industrial Facilities Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage two A-grade industrial assets located in the north and south-east of Melbourne
• Act as the frontline leader across both sites, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional landlords and tenants
• Oversee all maintenance, compliance, and building services
• Lead contract management and coordinate service providers
• Deliver operational excellence with autonomy and accountability

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Previous experience managing industrial facilities or operations — A-grade assets essential
• Strong knowledge of building services, compliance obligations and maintenance planning
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with institutional landlords and tenants
• Exceptional communication, reporting and contractor management skills
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and able to work across multiple sites independently
