With the opening of their newest location in Lara, Community Care Chemist is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the store's launch and ongoing operations with a strong focus on team, community and performance.

The Opportunity

As the Pharmacy Manager, you'll take the lead in establishing the Lara store, managing all aspects of daily operations while fostering a values-aligned, customer-first culture. You'll also serve as a community connector, driving engagement with local health providers, residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth store launch
  
• Drive prescription growth, health service delivery, and retail performance
  
• Collaborate with leadership to design a local business strategy aligned to Lara's community needs

• Build and lead a cohesive team grounded in connection, respect, energy, and accountability
  
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of pharmacy staff

• Registered Pharmacist (AHPRA) with a pharmacy degree
