About the Role

As a Commercial Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of sourcing strategies that deliver long-term value. Working across multiple portfolios, you’ll bring your analytical skills to inform decisions, support tenders, track supplier performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide analytical support for category and sourcing strategies

Assist in the delivery of end-to-end sourcing events across various portfolios

Analyse spend, demand, and supply markets to identify opportunities

Build tailored evaluation models and reporting dashboards

Support supplier performance monitoring and reporting

Engage stakeholders across the business to provide expert procurement advice

Contribute to corporate social responsibility and environmental goals

About You

You’re a commercially minded professional with a passion for procurement. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on solving complex problems with data-driven insights.

You will bring:

Experience in a similar role within a large, complex procurement function

Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and procurement processes

Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
