About us

We are a branded real estate agency and locate inside a shopping mall of southside. We are looking for someone who would like to take more responsibilities and earn high salary.

Qualifications & experience

  • at least 18 months property manager experience Good at Property tree or similar software Chinese speaker and writer is prefer

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Processing tenants applications Arrange repairs and quotes during tenancy generate rental receipt and send RTA notices( or help assistant on it) Cooperate with BDM and maintain landlord relationships
  • or working as BDM who will acquire new rental ( prepare form 6, handle owner relationship, standardise rental team process, help property manager as team work)
