What you'll enjoy
This important full-time role will report to the Senior BDM, and you'll feel supported by the administrative and marketing teams. You'll also work closely with the Sales Consultants, Property Managers and Directors.

How you'll succeed
Motivated by our edgy, pioneering, and innovative culture – you'll take full advantage of learning from and supporting our experienced BDM and developing your own portfolio of new business.

Some of the responsibilities you’ll support, and the skills you’ll develop, will include:
Prospecting with builders, developers, investors, marketers, and our database
Develop innovative strategies to attract and convert new business
Collaborate with marketing to develop creative campaigns and collateral
Database management, including inputting, tagging, and actioning tasks
Supporting sales leads and retentions
Following up lead enquires from websites, REA, adverts, and referrals
Completing rental appraisals and creating reports such as CMAs
Listing presentations with investors
Open inspections, when required
Process Rental applications
Completing paperwork, such as Form 6
Coordinating and managing maintenance inspections for new business, such as smoke alarms, water efficiencies, and cleaning
Completing insurance due diligence checks for investors
Supporting property appraisals for sales
Building long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
Collecting keys and files from previous property managers
Data entry in Property ME, such as tenanted takeovers and new investors
Attend KPI, sales, and property management meetings
Building and maintaining productive working relationships with our Sales Consultants, Property Managers and Directors
Your remarkable qualities
An Agent's Representative Certificate is mandatory
Experience delivering excellent customer service and customer communication is mandatory
You’re imaginative, confident, and self-motivated
Be empowered to develop and harness your expertise
Show integrity and authenticity in everything you do
You’re tenacious about doing the deal and securing the business
Be immaculately presented with a mature approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Natural ability to build genuine rapport
Display a passionate attitude and deliver customer care to an elite standard
Can work effectively in a team environment
Have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality that complements business development
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
