At Wombat Real Estate, you won’t be thrown in the deep end, you’ll be guided through the journey, with mentoring, daily support, and the systems you need to do your job exceptionally well.

If you’re confident, organised, and already have 12 months Property Management experience, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with the management of a residential portfolio across Brisbane

Communicating clearly and professionally with tenants and owners

Scheduling and coordinating routine inspections, maintenance, and trades

Conducting Entry and Exit Condition Reports using the latest technology

Supporting daily operations including leasing, compliance, and administration

This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work.

What You’ll Bring

At least 12 months of property management experience

A current Real Estate Registration Certificate

A reliable vehicle and valid driver licence

Excellent time management and strong attention to detail

A friendly, professional communication style

Confidence with tech and a willingness to learn new systems
