With a reputation for clinical excellence and a strong team culture, we’re now looking for a Team Lead to help drive daily operations, support our clinicians, and ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our clinic. You’ll work closely with the Team Manager to lead a team of 4, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. You’ll support clinical operations, manage day-to-day team performance, and balance people leadership with a sharp focus on outcomes and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support a team of clinical and administrative staff

Oversee the coordination of podiatry services

Maintain high service standards, ensuring both private and funded clients are well supported

Track team performance and contribute to strategic goals

Problem-solve and keep operations flowing smoothly in a busy, patient-facing environment

About You

Strong leadership capability with practical experience managing a small team

Background in allied health, disability services, or private healthcare is a plus

Calm, clear communicator who thrives on structure and outcomes

Comfortable working across multiple priorities and adapting as needed

Values team success and keeps patients at the centre of everything

What You’ll Need

Experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role (health or disability sector ideal)

Working knowledge of NDIS, healthcare admin or allied health operations

Strong organisational, communication and performance-tracking skills

Ability to meet KPIs and support others to do the same
