Description

• Lead the team and oversee day to day operations to maintain high quality service standards in a timely and efficient manner.
• Act as primary point of contact for client escalations and complex queries.
• Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all client interactions.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members to support professional growth.

Profile

A successful Client Services Team Lead should have:

• 3 - 5 years experience in Customer Service roles.
• Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Experience in a 3PL or logistics environment (advantageous but not essential).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
