About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and accountable Contracts Team Leader to lead our in-house Property Contracts Team.

At Freedom Property Investors, we help clients purchase high-grade investment properties across Australia. Once a client has selected a property, our Contracts Team manages the full contract process from Expression of Interest (EOI) through to the contract being signed and the deposit being paid.

You will lead a team of team members based both onshore and offshore and be responsible for daily performance, accuracy, documentation, follow-up, and stakeholder communication across the full contract lifecycle. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role based in Sydney CBD, offering up to $30,000 in performance-based bonuses on top of base salary.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the full contract lifecycle:
EOI verification, contract request, review, issuance, signing, and deposit follow-up

Manage & coach a growing team:
EOI Officers, Contract Signing Specialists, DocuSign Admins, and more

Run daily operational rhythm:
3x workflow checks, 9 am team training, CRM oversight, and workflow ownership

Keep every stakeholder aligned:
Brokers, SMSF providers, conveyancers, developers, and Property Strategists

Drive continuous improvement:
Build and update SOPs, training videos, manuals, and cross-training systems

Contracts Signed on First Session: ≥ 90%

Monthly UCs Achieved: 100% target hit

What You’ll Need to Succeed

● 3+ years of experience working with property contracts, settlements, or legal documentation (essential)

● Proven experience leading or managing a team across both onshore and offshore locations

● Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills

● Confident communicator — phone, Zoom, and email

● Highly organised — you like structure, process, and clarity

● CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and ability to manage live deal flows

● Comfortable managing stakeholder expectations and follow-ups across legal, finance, and property teams
