Consultant Team Leader – Appointment Setting (Where Your Leadership Changes Lives)
Location: Sydney CBD (Full-Time | 5 Days In-Office)
Salary: Up to $140,000 Base + Super + Uncapped Commissions
Reporting To: Head of Sales

As Consultant Team Leader, you will lead our outbound, high-volume appointment setting team — known internally as the Consultants. You’ll take full ownership of a 30-person team across local and offshore offices. Their role: book high-quality Discovery Sessions with our senior sales team.
Your role: lead from the front — build belief, develop skill, drive daily inputs, and raise the standard.
This isn’t a clipboard leadership role. You’ll be in the thick of it — coaching calls live, running daily huddles and roleplays, and driving performance hour by hour. If you’ve built and led high-volume outbound sales teams, this is your opportunity to lead one of the most high-performing teams in the country’s leading property investment business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a 30-person outbound sales team of local and offshore appointment setters
Run daily huddles and roleplays to energise the team, set expectations, and drive accountability
Coach live calls and provide real-time feedback to correct and reinforce performance
Conduct fortnightly 1:1s with every team member to review performance and support development
Drive daily activity and enforce KPIs — no ambiguity around what success looks like
Recruit and onboard new Consultants to maintain healthy headcount — always building a deep bench
Partner with Sales Leadership to improve conversion, quality, and effectiveness across the team
Maintain visibility, urgency, and ownership across every hour of the day
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Consultant team headcount — maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times
Consultant attendance and daily activity compliance
Booking volume and show-up rates for Discovery Sessions
Lead-to-appointment conversion rates by Consultant
Script adherence and documented coaching
Completed 1:1s with every Consultant at least once per fortnight
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience managing outbound, high-volume sales or contact centre teams of 20+
Strong background in phone-based appointment setting or telemarketing environments
Daily coaching, KPI management, and activity tracking come naturally to you
Comfortable leading from the front — visible, energetic, and hands-on
Able to coach individuals, resolve underperformance, and scale high-performing behaviours
Passionate about building people and helping members and team hit life-changing goals

Work Environment & Conditions
Full-time, in-office role based in Sydney CBD
5 days a week in-office (non-negotiable)
