people2people are recruiting a Practice Coordinator for a well-established allied health clinic located in Hawthorn East. As the Practice Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-level administrative and reception support to a team of therapists. This role works with a passionate and purpose-driven team, and plays a large role in supporting the community.Hours are 8:30am-5pm, ideally working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Duties:

• Manage bookings for new and ongoing clients
• Provide reception support including meeting & greeting customers, answering phones and responding to emails
• Complete daily invoicing, receipting, and escalate any discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment
• Prepare new client files and assist with data entry and scanning
• Coordinate clinic purchases and manage delivery logistics

About You:

• Previous experience working in Practice Coordination/Office Management
• Experience within allied health is highly regarded
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Must have or be willing to obtain a WWCC and National Police Check
