About the role:
Currently looking for an estimator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the commercial/ fit out construction space, as well as relevant estimating software. The role will involve preparing detailed estimates for a variety of commercial fit out & new build projects, as well as working with the wider estimating team to assist where necessary.

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial projects
• Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish
• Work with the project team as necessary to ensure budgets are being adhered to
• Maintain accurate records of all project costs
• Provide budget information on your projects
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure prices are well vetted.

About you

• Must have 3+ years in the commercial/Fit-Out build space as an estimator
• Knowledge of estimating software and measuring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eye for detail with take-offs etc
