We are currently seeking a proactive, fast-learning, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to support our clinical team. If you're a multitasker with a “can-do” attitude, thrive in high-pressure environments, and care deeply about patient outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring their experience is smooth, respectful, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming calls, emails, voicemails, and online patient enquiries

Handling patient complaints professionally and empathetically

Booking new and existing patient appointments

Performing pre- and post-clinic checks

Processing payments, billing, and daily reconciliations

Managing 3rd party billing, including chasing outstanding payments

Improving reception workflows and patient journey processes

Supporting new patient leads and onboarding

Working rotating shifts, including weekends as required

Reporting to the Practice Manager and General Manager

Previous experience in a medical or allied health setting (highly regarded)

Confident working both independently and under instruction

Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
