About the role:
Reporting to our State Manager Queensland/Northern Territory, your role will be that of a Sales and Service Representative for HOBART Food Equipment within our QLD Team, and will cover a territory including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Northern Territory. You will be based out of our Queensland Branch Office in Brisbane and will join our enthusiastic, diverse, and energetic QLD sales team. The position is responsible for sales & service revenue by building and maintaining effective client partnerships, new client acquisitions, and developing the cooking segment. The portfolio of customers includes developing core-dealers, potential new dealers, consultants, and end-customers, such as retailers and chefs. You will be growth driven, bring analytical and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude with attention to detail. The role will give you the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment where your contribution will be respected and recognized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the HOBART expert - Understand and manage customer relationships to maximise portfolio growth opportunities
• Develop and grow existing and new dealer, consultant and end-customer relationships
• Implement client-specific initiatives to maximise sales
• Support the Key Account Team locally
• Understand and manage customer relationships to maximise portfolio growth opportunities
• Achievement of commercial targets for Sales
• Deliver a high level of customer experience to strengthen overall industry relationships
• Drive a strong safety culture within all actions
• Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards
Skills & Experience:
Growth driven with proven sales experience in a similar role
Self-motivated and a high level of interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
Proven skills with the ability to maximise all sales opportunities
Entrepreneurial mindset
80/20 Focused with a strong growth mindset
Demonstrated strong business development skills.
Attention to detail with a genuine ability to follow processes and procedures.
Presentation skills to address both small and large audiences
Ability to build and maintain relationships, with internal and external stakeholders
