THE ORGANISATION

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll take the lead on reviewing and refining a range of existing people policies to ensure they align with employment legislation and organisational requirements. This is a broad and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working through complexity and bringing clarity to written frameworks.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience updating or reviewing HR policies
• Solid understanding of HR practices and relevant legislation
• Advanced MS Word skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and navigating delays in projects with professionalism
• Government or compliance/regulatory experience highly regarded
• Experience with content/document management systems preferred
